To schedule a class visit to Rose Library, instructors must submit the Instruction Request Form. All requests must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the proposed class session and dates can not be guaranteed until a member of Rose Library's instruction staff confirms the request. Please note that the instruction calendar usually reached capacity one to two weeks after the start of a semester.
For assignments with a Rose Library research component, we ask that instructors complete and submit the form below. This information allows Rose Library staff to better assist students and to advise other researchers of particularly busy periods in the reading room. Staff will review all materials prior to putting them on hold for a course. The Rose Library reserves the right to restrict the use of items if preservation issues, such as brittleness, could lead to damage to original materials.
